Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Aimly product — including Aimly Finder, Aimly Email, and Aimly Audit — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, on behalf of Orzeh Technologies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. Orzeh Technologies reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of any Aimly product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Aimly is a platform of independently usable products, unified under one account: Aimly Finder, an AI-powered lead discovery tool that turns a plain-language brief into a list of companies and contacts; Aimly Email, an AI-powered outreach platform for generating, managing, and tracking personalized email campaigns; and Aimly Audit, a deliverability tool that checks sender authentication, domain reputation, blocklist status, and inbox placement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Aimly product, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.

One Aimly account gives you access to every Aimly product. To register, you agree to:

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account, across every product

Each Aimly product may have its own subscription terms, described on that product's own pricing page. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Aimly Finder and Aimly Audit access are currently available to approved accounts as part of the platform rather than sold as standalone subscriptions.

• Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed monthly
• You may cancel a paid subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period

Across every Aimly product, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice, on any or all Aimly products.

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate anti-spam laws
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party

All content, features, and functionality of Aimly — including its software, text, graphics, logos, and design across every product — are the exclusive property of Orzeh Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform. By using Aimly, you grant Orzeh Technologies a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service you've requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orzeh Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any Aimly product or inability to use it.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling active subscriptions and, if you wish, requesting account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your access to any or all Aimly products immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9.1 Aimly Finder. Search results are discovered from publicly available business information through third-party AI and data providers, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying results and for using them in compliance with applicable data protection and outreach laws before contacting anyone found through Aimly Finder.

9.2 Aimly Email. You represent and warrant that all outreach contacts are sourced from publicly available business information or you have obtained appropriate consent, and that you have a legitimate business interest in contacting each recipient. Every message sent through Aimly Email includes a mandatory one-click unsubscribe mechanism, enforced at the platform level.

9.3 Aimly Audit. Audit results are diagnostic signals captured at a point in time and may vary by provider, recipient, content, reputation, and later configuration changes. No deliverability tool, including Aimly Audit, can guarantee future inbox placement.

9.4 Reporting Abuse. Report spam or abuse to abuse@aimly.online. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
