Does each search start clean?

Yes. Finder dashboard jobs use an empty company filter, so results from one search do not exclude companies from another.

Are Finder results added to Aimly Email automatically?

No. Finder is intentionally isolated. You review and export results without changing Aimly Email's persistent company history.

What do I need to run a search?

You need an Aimly account and a clear description of the companies or people you want to find.

Can I leave while Finder is running?

Yes. Searches run as background jobs and the dashboard shows their latest queued, running, completed, failed, or canceled state.

Can I download the result?

Yes. Completed jobs can be reviewed in Finder and downloaded as CSV files.

Does Finder remove duplicate contacts?

Finder deduplicates contacts within the current job before preparing the final output.

Where does Finder get its data?

Finder researches available public business information through the discovery providers configured for your Aimly workspace.
