1. Introduction

Orzeh Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates Aimly, including Aimly Finder, Aimly Email, and Aimly Audit. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information across every Aimly product.

By using Aimly, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: username, email address, and password hash when you register — shared across every Aimly product
  • Usage data: how you interact with each product, features used, and actions taken
  • Aimly Finder data: your search briefs, the company and contact results returned for each search, and the AI and data-provider API keys you configure — keys are encrypted and used only to run your searches
  • Aimly Email data: companies, contacts, emails, attachments, and campaign content you create
  • Aimly Audit data: the sending brand you choose to audit and the resulting report — mailbox credentials are encrypted in transit and never shown in a report
  • Payment information: billing details processed by our payment provider; we do not store card data
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain Aimly's products, process transactions, manage subscriptions, send administrative emails, respond to support requests, improve the platform, monitor usage, detect security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

Contact data processed through Aimly Email is used solely for your own outreach activities, with mandatory unsubscribe mechanisms enforced on all outgoing messages. Mailbox credentials used to run an Aimly Audit are encrypted and removed once the audit finishes or fails. Search results from Aimly Finder belong only to the search that produced them and are not added to your account's stored companies until you explicitly export them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Authentication tokens are stored in HttpOnly cookies to prevent client-side access. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never stored in plain text.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

05

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including a payment provider for billing, Google for optional OAuth sign-in, and reCAPTCHA for bot protection. Each service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data.

06

6. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session and authentication state across every Aimly product, sharing one login. These are essential cookies required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

07

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted immediately and permanently across every Aimly product. This action cannot be undone.

08

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

09

9. Children's Privacy

Aimly is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of any Aimly product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
