Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aimly Audit, a product of Orzeh Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of Aimly Audit, including visitors, registered users, and approved accounts. Orzeh Technologies reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Aimly Audit checks a sending email address's authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), domain blocklist status, and inbox placement, and summarizes the result in a single report and score.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Aimly Audit is accessed through your shared Aimly account. Access may require account approval. You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Aimly Audit is currently available to approved accounts as part of the platform. If billed features are introduced, applicable fees will be described on this product's own pricing information at that time.

You agree not to use Aimly Audit to:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

• Audit a sending brand you are not authorized to test
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts or reports
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the platform
• Circumvent duplicate-audit protections or rate limits

All content, features, and functionality of Aimly Audit, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are the exclusive property of Orzeh Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your audit reports. By using Aimly Audit, you grant Orzeh Technologies a limited license to process the sending information you provide solely for the purpose of running the audit you requested.

Audit results are diagnostic signals captured at a point in time and may vary by provider, recipient, content, reputation, and later configuration changes. No deliverability tool, including Aimly Audit, can guarantee future inbox placement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orzeh Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Aimly Audit or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Aimly Audit at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9.1 Encryption. Mailbox credentials used to verify a sending brand are encrypted and are never displayed in an audit report.

9.2 Removal. The temporary encrypted credential copy used to run an audit is removed once the audit finishes or fails.

9.3 Reporting Abuse. Report suspected misuse to abuse@aimly.online. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
