01

Current Access Model

Access to Aimly Audit does not currently involve a direct charge. If a paid tier is introduced, this policy — and the trial terms that apply to it — will be published on this page and on Aimly Audit's own pricing information before it takes effect.

02

Cancellation Policy

If Aimly Audit becomes a paid subscription, you will be able to cancel it at any time. Cancellations would take effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing until then.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged
  • No partial refunds would be issued for unused days within a billing period
  • Canceling a paid Aimly Audit subscription would not affect your access to other Aimly products
03

Refund Eligibility

As a general policy, once billing exists, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments after a billing period has started, except on a case-by-case basis for technical billing errors, charges after cancellation, duplicate charges, or extended service unavailability due to our error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.

04

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at the email below with your registered email address, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
