Introduction

Orzeh Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates Aimly Audit. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use it.

By using Aimly Audit, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

02

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: username, email address, and password hash, shared with your Aimly account
  • Sending brand information: the sending domain and mailbox address you choose to audit
  • Mailbox credentials: encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to run the audit you request, and removed once the audit finishes or fails
  • Audit reports: authentication results, blocklist status, inbox placement results, and the overall score
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies
03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to run the audits you request, maintain your report history, operate and secure the platform, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Mailbox credentials are never displayed in an audit report and are never used for any purpose other than running the specific audit you requested.

04

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Authentication tokens are stored in HttpOnly cookies. Mailbox credentials are encrypted and are removed once an audit completes or fails — they are never retained longer than the audit run itself requires.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

05

Third-Party Services

Running an audit involves connecting to the mailbox provider(s) associated with the sending brand you're testing, and checking a community-maintained domain blocklist. We use Google for optional OAuth sign-in and reCAPTCHA for bot protection.

06

Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session and authentication state, shared across every Aimly product. These are essential cookies required for the platform to function.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

07

Data Retention

Audit reports remain in your history for as long as your account is active. Mailbox credentials are deleted immediately after each audit run — they are never kept as part of report history. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted immediately and permanently.

08

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your audit history. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

09

Children's Privacy

Aimly Audit is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
